Auditors

The auditor is tasked with auditing Moberg Pharma’s annual report and accounts as well as the Board and CEO’s administration of the company. After the end of each financial year the auditor is required to submit an audit report and consolidated audit report to the annual general meeting.

At the general shareholders’ meeting on May 16, 2023 the auditing firm Ernst & Young AB (Jakobsbergsgatan 24, Box 7850, SE-103 99 Stockholm) was appointed as Moberg Pharma’s auditor. The mandate runs until the end of next AGM. Authorized Public Accountant Jens Bertling has been Auditor-in-Charge since spring 2023.
