Moberg Pharma's Nomination Committee appointed
STOCKHOLM, October 20th, 2026 - In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 21st, 2026, the Chairman of the Board has contacted the company's two largest shareholders or group of shareholders in terms of votes to form a Nomination Committee. These shareholders have been invited to appoint one representative each who, together with the Chairman of the Board, will comprise the Nomination Committee. As not all of the company's two largest shareholders or group of shareholders have wished to appoint such representative, the third largest shareholder/group of shareholders have been invited to appoint one representative and so on until the Nomination Committee now comprises of three members, in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on May 21st, 2026.
Moberg Pharma’s Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year January – December 2026 comprises:
- Pedro Noronha, appointed by Noster Capital
- Eddie Jalmestam, appointed by Richard Ding
- Lars Johansson, Chairman of the Board
Together, the Nomination Committee represents 10,7 percent of the shares in Moberg Pharma as of September 30th, 2025.
The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals for the fiscal year January – December 2026 by the Annual General Meeting pertaining to the election of Chairman of the Board, fees and composition of the Board, auditors’ fees and the election of auditors.
The Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year January – December 2026 will be held on May 20th, 2027.
